Recreational Program
Level 1 (6yrs and up)
• This class is a one hour student / teacher class that is the stepping stone to upper level
gymnastics. They will be introduced to challenging gymnastics skills. Our carefully tailored lesson
plans will be centered on personal goal achievement for each student.
Level 2 (6yrs and up)
• This is a one hour long student / teacher class that teaches students specific routines on all
events. They will learn intermediate gymnastics skills and strength training in a fun and non-
competitive setting. This class is by invitation only.
Level 3 (6yrs and up)
• This is a hour and a half student / teacher class. This class teaches the beginnings of competitive
gymnastics. The class ratio is small, giving each child an opportunity to achieve his or her goals. They
will be introduced to a competitive-like environment. They will learn competitive gymnastics skills and
learn specific routines. This class is by invitation only.
Class Schedule
Classes are one day a week. Please pick a time that is good for your schedule.
Level 1 Tue: 2:00, 4:00, 6:30 Wed: 5:30 Thu: :30, 7:00 Fri: 4:00
Level 2 Mon: 4:00, 4:30 Tue: 3:00, 5:00 Thu: 4:00 Fri: 4:00
Level 3 Wed: 4:00, 7:00 Fri: 4:00
*Classes are based on a first come, first serve bases. Some classes my not be available at time of
registration. Please check with the front desk for class availability and pricing.
